Selling Sunset's Jason Oppenheim & Marie-Lou Nurk Split After 10 Months
Jason Oppenheim has a new partner in real estate life.
The Selling Sunset star made his new relationship with Jessica Vargas, a realtor associate at his company the Oppenheim Group, red carpet official.
The couple confirmed their romance at the April 16 Los Angeles premiere of The Accountant 2, where the pair left no room for interpretation on their relationship status. While walking the carpet, not only did Jason place a kiss on Jessica’s next, but the happy couple also made sure to lock lips.
For the occasion, Jason, 48, sported a simple, all-black look, which he styled with black sneakers, while Jessica donned a magenta colored, semi-sheer bodycon dress. She finished off her look clear heels, almost giving her a barefoot appearance, diamond earrings and her red hair done in waves down her back.
The real estate mogul was last connected to Marie-Lou Nurk before their breakup in May 2023, though he had then sparked romance rumors with tennis’ Genie Bouchard in January 2024.
While Jason and Marie-Lou’s romance had been a hot item on the market, ultimately their relationship fell to the fact he lived in Los Angeles while she resided in France.
"While we still love and care about each other very much the distance between us has proven to be too great a challenge to overcome," Jason wrote on his Instagram Stories at the time of their split alongside a photo of the pair on the beach. "We remain close friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for one another."

Prior to his 10-month relationship with Marie-Lou, Jason dated Oppenheim Group colleague and fellow Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause. And it was the pair’s preexisting friendship that set the tone for their eventual romance.
“We had been so open about what we were looking for with each other because we had become close friends,” he told Us Weekly in November 2021. “She knew my dating life, and we would almost joke about each other’s dating lives and what we were looking for and things like that.”
Ultimately, however, it was their conflicting ideas about the future that caused Chrishell and Jason to split just five months after bringing their relationship into the public eye.

As Chrishell explained on Instagram at the time, “Men have the luxury of time that women don't and that's just the way it goes. I very much hope to one day have a family and decisions I make at this point are with that goal in mind. Thank you for the kindness and support to those that understand."
However, the Traitors star—who has since married G Flip—noted, “Jason was and is my best friend, and other than our ideas for family ultimately not being aligned, the amount of respect and love we have for each other will not change going forward.”
